오늘의 노래(이하 "앱")는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 사용자를 식별하는 개인정보를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

1. 수집·저장하는 정보

개인정보(이름·이메일·연락처·계정 등)를 수집하지 않습니다. 선호 노래 스타일, 선택한 도시, 즐겨찾기, 추천 기록은 기기 내부(로컬)에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 홈 화면 위젯은 이 로컬 데이터로 "오늘의 추천 곡"을 표시할 뿐 별도 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. 위치 정보 (선택)

날씨 옵션에서 "현재 위치"를 선택한 경우에만 기기 위치(위·경도)를 가져와, 날씨 조회 목적으로만 공개 API(Open-Meteo, api.open-meteo.com)에 전송합니다. 위치를 저장하거나 신원과 연결하지 않으며, 도시 목록을 선택하면 위치 권한 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.

3. 네트워크 사용 (외부 서비스)

아래 목적에 한해 외부 서비스에 접속하며, 어떤 경우에도 이름·계정·광고 식별자 등 개인 식별 정보는 전송하지 않습니다.

• 날씨 — Open-Meteo(api.open-meteo.com)에 좌표만 요청.
• 곡 정보·미리듣기 — Apple 공개 iTunes Search API(itunes.apple.com)에 검색어(장르·분위기 키워드 또는 곡 제목·아티스트)만 전송해 곡 정보를 받고, 30초 미리듣기는 Apple이 제공하는 주소에서 직접 스트리밍됩니다.
• 곡 듣기 링크 — 추천곡을 유튜브 검색 또는 Apple Music 페이지로 여는 링크를 제공합니다(이동 후에는 해당 서비스의 방침 적용).

앱 자체에는 광고·분석(트래킹) SDK가 없습니다.

4. 기기 권한

연락처·카메라·마이크·저장소 등 민감 권한은 요구하지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 제공 · 아동

앱이 수집·저장하는 개인정보가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공하는 개인정보도 없습니다. 위 외부 서비스(Open-Meteo·Apple·YouTube)는 각 정책에 따라 접속 IP 등 일반 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있으나, 앱은 사용자를 식별하는 정보를 함께 보내지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만을 포함한 모든 사용자로부터 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Todays Song ("the App") has no sign-up or login and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information.

1. Information Stored

No personal information is collected. Your preferred styles, selected city, favorites, and recommendation history are stored only locally on your device and never transmitted. The home-screen widget only displays "today's pick" computed from this local data and collects nothing additional. They are removed when you delete the App.

2. Location (Optional)

Only when you choose "Current location" for weather, the App reads your device location (latitude/longitude) and sends it solely to fetch weather from a public API (Open-Meteo). Location is not stored or linked to your identity. Selecting a city from the list works without location permission.

3. Network Usage (Third-party services)

The App connects to external services only for the purposes below, and never sends personally identifiable information (name, account, advertising ID, etc.):

• Weather — sends only coordinates to Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com).
• Song info & preview — sends only search terms (genre/mood keywords or song title & artist) to Apple's public iTunes Search API (itunes.apple.com) to fetch song data; the 30-second preview streams directly from an Apple-provided URL.
• Listen links — opens recommended songs via a YouTube search or an Apple Music page (those services' policies apply once you leave the App).

The App itself contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.

The external services above (Open-Meteo, Apple, YouTube) may process general access data such as IP under their own policies, but the App does not send any identifying information alongside. The App collects no personal information from any user, including children under 14.
